The Soil to Soil Initiative turns spent blooms into compost, reducing waste and feeding local gardens instead of landfills. Closing the loop between nature and humanity for a greener tomorrow.

Typically, after a floral event, the flowers left behind are all thrown away. This led us to identify sustainable ways of handling this situation. Our No Flowers Left Behind upcycles the event flowers that still have some life into community engagement or giveback initiatives. Soil to Soil is an initiative where we take event flowers that cannot be upcycled and instead compost them to be donated to local community gardens, etc.

How to Make Sustainability Part of Your Event

Every floral arrangement and installation has a life beyond the event. Through our Soil to Soil Initiative, we offer two sustainable post-event floral disposal options designed to minimize waste and maximize community impact.

No Flowers Left Behind

Gently used flowers are collected, deconstructed, repurposed, and distributed to support community wellness initiatives, ensuring the beauty and intention behind each bloom lives on.

Soil to Soil Composting

Remaining floral material is carefully broken down and composted, with that nutrient-rich soil being donated to community gardens. Closing the loop from flower to earth.

Clients who hire us for their event florals can simply add their preferred disposal option to their package. However, we also offer both services as standalone a la carte solutions, available to anyone in need of a thoughtful, eco-conscious way to manage post-event floral waste.
