Overview

Postal Petals® partnered with Amazon to create an interactive employee activation centered around a recent studio release. The goal was to design an experience that felt engaging, social, and memorable for a large internal audience.

We curated a custom Bloom Bar experience that allowed employees to step away from their day, create something with their hands, and connect with the campaign in a personal way.

Concept

This Valentine’s Day employee activation celebrated the release of two February Amazon films through an interactive floral experience. Inspired by The Idea of You and Relationship Goals, the activation translated each film’s themes into two curated bouquet recipes bearing the same names.

Employees were invited to build their own arrangements, choosing a recipe that reflected each film’s tone while adding their own creative touch. The result was a fun, hands-on way to engage teams, spark connection, and celebrate the films through a shared, expressive experience.

The Bloom Bar was supported by a team of floral designers who assisted with bouquet creation, wrapping, and overall flow, ensuring the experience remained smooth and accessible at scale.

The activation also included:

🌸 Snacks, mocktails, and cocktails to create a relaxed, social atmosphere

A dedicated photo station where employees could capture their finished bouquets

What Made It Different

Postal Petals designed a large-scale, hands-on employee activation. The experience translated a film concept into a tangible, creative moment. It introduced a guided Bloom Bar structure using preset recipes, offering a more supported alternative to our typical open-selection format. 

Employee feedback highlighted how much they enjoyed the foolproof approach, knowing exactly which flowers to choose and how many stems of each, while still creating bouquets that felt personal and unique. The activation balanced clear direction with individual expression, while seamlessly combining florals with hospitality and social engagement moments.

Impact

Employees engaged in a shared creative experience, building and taking home their own bouquets while participating in a moment tied directly to the studio release. The photo station encouraged social sharing, turning each bouquet into a visual memory and extending the life of the activation beyond the event itself.
