Now that school is back in session and the end of the year is approaching, let's carve out some quality time for self-care and creative expression. This session is a celebration of the meditative and therapeutic benefits of flower arranging.
On Thursday, October 13th at 5:30mPT/8:30pmET we will enjoy a 90-min virtual floral design workshop experience hosted by Postal Petals®. The cost is $179 per person and includes a guided tea meditation lead by Julie Hovsepian, a Beanie Box filled with the season’s most beautiful blooms, delivered right to your door and the floral design instruction of company founder, Talia Boone.
Herbalist and energetic healer Julie Hovsepian will guide us through a beautiful evening together. We will start with your favorite chamomile tea (preferred, but any tea will do), where we will learn the medicinal and spiritual benefits of the chamomile flower while sipping tea. We will then transition into a meditative healing experience that will leave our minds and bodies feeling deeply nourished by this beautiful flower.
Having set the intention of the evening, we will grow together with this healing herb. Then, while fully immersed in this intense relaxed state, our mindfulness florist will join and lead us through the process of allowing our creativity to flourish while designing our own floral arrangements using the mix of flowers you selected to enjoy.
All you need is a serving of your favorite chamomile tea, a cup of hot water served in your favorite mug, garden sheers or a sharp knife, your choice of our flower vessel, and an open mind! Floral design toolkits are available for $29 and can be purchased here along with your workshop package.
To allow time for processing and shipping, we ask that you please register no later than October 10th to ensure on-time delivery. Speaking of delivery, we suggest delivery on Wednesday, October 12th to give your blooms time to hydrate and recover after their journey to ensure they are camera ready for their big day!
All virtual workshops are hosted and professionally facilitated on a video conferencing platform - if you’ve got internet access, you’re good to go.
